PBF Policy Fund Grants Application

Welcome to the application page for the Partnership for the Bay’s Future Policy Fund Grants! Our grants aim to bring together Bay Area local governments and community partners to catalyze equitable policy innovation in tenant protection, and building and preserving affordable housing in local communities. Whether you’re a returning applicant or considering applying for the first time, the Request for Proposal will guide you through the process, offering detailed timelines, session information, and support mechanisms to aid your application.

Application Timeline

• June 2024: Application period opens.
• July 2024: Attend our information sessions on July 9th and 16th to gain insights and ask questions.
• August 30, 2024: Deadline for submitting your grant proposals.
• November 2024: Announcement of selected site teams.

Support for Applicants
