Heather Bromfield

Heather Bromfield brings a unique combination of affordable housing experiences to the PBF Fellowship, having previously worked in both the private and non-profit sectors. Her most recent role was as an urban economics consultant with Strategic Economics, where she advised government agencies on land use decision making and local housing policy. Prior to that, she worked as a housing researcher with the Othering & Belonging Institute on statewide affordable housing and Fair Housing policy projects. She was also previously a Fulbright scholar in Brazil and speaks Portuguese fluently. Heather holds a Master’s of City Planning from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor’s of Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
